Computer-Based Learning (CBLC’s) The Computer based Learning Centre (CBLC) forms part of NAMCOL\u2019s Strategic Business Units. Admission Requirements and Procedures ICDL is open to anyone regardless of age, gender, education,experience or background.No prior knowledge of Information Communication Technology or Computer skills is required.
