1. General Requirements (Applicable to All Positions)
- Qualifications: Minimum 3-year Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
- Technical Skills: Computer literacy is essential.
- Competencies:

- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.

2. Specific Requirements per Position
Enrolment Officers
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Office Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, Records Management, or Education.
- Key Advantages: Prior experience in enrolment, registration, or election management; demonstrated leadership ability.
Data Capturers
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Office Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, Records/Data Management, or Education.
- Key Advantages: Prior experience capturing or processing registration or election data.
Cashiers
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
- Key Advantages: Prior experience handling financial transactions, reconciliations, or payment processing.
Material Distributors
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
- Key Advantages: Prior experience in stock control, material distribution, and logistics operations.
