The NAMCOL Affirmative Action Committee (AAC) successfully completed a one-day training session on affirmative action planning and strategy, offered by the Employment Equity Commission (EEC).
The training which took place on 25 November 2025, is a capacity-building initiative for ensuring that NAMCOL remains fully compliant with the National Employment Equity Act and continues to promote fair and equitable practices across all its operations and employment processes.
