Welcoming ceremony for NAMCOL’s new Chief Executive Officer

The College hosted a welcoming ceremony for the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Ngepathimo Kadhila, on 4th March 2025, at 9:30 AM in the Nahas Angula Hall at Jetu Jama Centre. The official welcome by the NAMCOL Board of Governors was a crucial step in introducing Dr. Kadhila to the entire NAMCOL staff. Today`s event was part of a comprehensive induction process that included single directorate meetings, regional presentations to the CEO, and a campus facility tour. These carefully planned activities were designed to provide Dr. Kadhila with a thorough understanding of NAMCOL’s operations, organizational structure, and mission. Staff members attended the important event and extended a warm welcome to Dr. Kadhila as he began his leadership role at NAMCOL, marking an exciting new chapter for the institution.
