The CBLC offers computer-based programs and academic support to students and other customers. All centres are accredited to offer ICDL (International Computer Driver`s License), and CompTIA (Computing Technology Industry Association). Furthermore, the CBLC offers other ICT-related short courses to the public and corporates.

These Centres are managed by trained Facilitators who provide quality training programs focusing on improving digital literacy, ensuring that participants are proficient in using computers and their applications.

NAMCOL’s CBLC prepares individuals and businesses in capacity building towards the demands of the 21^st century economy, fostering digital literacy, and expanding access to ICT training across Namibia.
