The Secondary Education Programme is intended for learners who would like to obtain certification for Grade 12 (2020) and 11 as from 2021.

The PETE programme aims to give learners the opportunity to rewrite specific NSSC(O/AS) subjects and improve their competencies to levels which will enable them to gain admission into tertiary institutions, and be able to cope with curricula demands at tertiary level.
